Her father was a Korean War veteran and a university grant proposal writer while her mother was a brokerage employee. She is the youngest of two children. Her brother Peter is eight years older than her. Standing at the height of 5’4″ tall, Fey attended Cardington-Stonehurst Elementary School and Beverly Hills Middle School.
